chibimasshuu: The few times I’ve had the chance to see this with my own eyes… it’s like I never grew up. I forget about the mundane world the adults have to live in and I remember what mittens feel like on your hands, and soggy socks on your feet because you couldn’t be bothered to put on boots. But more than anything else it’s the stillness that strikes me so. There is a quiet that comes with snowfall that drowns out everything else… and everything feels perfect and unspoiled.
